Number of Active AT Carriers

When the test set is in IS-856 Test operating mode and the physical layer subtype is subtype 3, Number of Active AT Carriers specifies the number of carriers from the AT that is connected to the test set.

When the test set is in Active Cell operating mode and the physical layer subtype is subtype 3, the number of carriers from the AT that is connected to the test set is reported as Connected Carriers through signalling message. As there is no signalling exchange in test mode, you must set the Number of Active AT Carriers on the test set to be consistent with the number of reverse carriers from the AT.
