This section is only applicable to the lab application.
The test set allows you to set a list of equivalent PLMNs that will be sent in the LOCATION UPDATING ACCEPT, ATTACH ACCEPT or ROUTING AREA UPDATE ACCEPT message. Each of the items in the list contains a PLMN code (MCC plus MNC). The mobile station store the list at the end of each location update procedure. If no list is contained in the LOCATION UPDATING ACCEPT, ATTACH ACCEPT or ROUTING AREA UPDATE ACCEPT message, the stored list in the mobile station is deleted.

The Equivalent PLMN List are only available when the operating mode is set to
Active Cell
.
If the Operating Mode is changed to anything other than Active Cell, the Equivalent PLMN List can still be set but it will have no effect on the message content.
The list of the equivalent PLMNs can not be set discontinuously.
