EGPRS TA

This command is not applicable to the EGPRS Test Application.

GSM/GPRS LA Sets or queries the state of the RRLP pipe. When the RRLP pipe mode is enabled, the test set's RRLP message based E-OTD testing is disabled. E-OTD RRLP messages can still be sent, but not encoding or decoding of messages is provided by the test set.

Queries the raw data from the last RRLP message received from a mobile station.

The maximum length of the RRLP message is controlled by the RRLP Header State. See CALL:PPRocedure:PMEasurement:PIPE:HEADer[:STATe] .

Range:

  • A string of 0 to 2000 hexadecimal characters when the RRLP Header state is set to ON.
  • A string of 0 to 251 hexadecimal characters when the RRLP Header state is set to OFF.

GSM/GPRS LA Query the received RRLP pipe message with it's associated GSM frame number. The resolution of both the transmit and receive times is one GSM frame period (4.615mS). This is an extension to the existing CALL:PPRocedure:PMEasurement:PIPE:DATA:RX? command which returns only the <string> with no frame number. See Time To First Fix (TTFF) response time

Sets or queries the string of data to be sent using the RRLP pipe. The data should be formatted as hexadecimal characters and can be up to 2000 characters long.

The maximum length of the RRLP message is controlled by the RRLP Header State. See CALL:PPRocedure:PMEasurement:PIPE:HEADer[:STATe]

Range:

  • 0 to 2000 ASCII formatted hexadecimal characters when the RRLP Header state is set to ON.
  • 0 to 251 ASCII formatted hexadecimal characters when the RRLP Header state is set to OFF.
