  • Type A - The multislot configuration command only affects the number of uplink timeslots.
  • BLER - The multislot configuration command only affects the number of downlink timeslots.

EGPRS LA

This command sets/queries the DTM customized multislot configuration. See Flexible Timeslot for more information.

The command form accepts two string parameters with each contains a maximum of 8 characters. The first string represents the timeslot usage of TS0 to TS7 of the downlink timeslots and the second string represents the timeslot usage of TS0 to TS7 of the uplink timslots. Each timeslot of the uplink and downlink can be configured to one of the three values:

  • OFF: represented by `-'. ` `, `x', `X', or `0', `-' returned by query.
  • PDCH: represented by `p', `P', or `1', `P' returned by query.
  • TCH: represented by `t' or `T', `T' returned by query

If less than 8 characters in each string are specified in a parameter, the remaining higher numbered timeslots are assumed to be OFF.

EGPRS LA

This command sets/queries the multislot configuration. The deferred version of this command is CALL:SETup:(PDTCH|PDTChannel):MSLot:CONFig .

If this command is attempted while there is an active DTM connection or while the test set is in a DTM test operating mode, it is stored and applied when the test set is no longer in Dual Transfer Mode.

The effect this command has on the number of uplink and downlink timeslots depends on the Connection Type (see CALL:FUNCtion:CONNection:TYPE ):

  • Type A - The multislot configuration command only affects the number of uplink timeslots.
  • BLER - The multislot configuration command only affects the number of downlink timeslots.

The actual timeslots used in each configuration are fixed as in the list below.

EGPRS LA

This command sets/queries the customized multislot configuration.
