ACP Offset (TEDS)

Default: See Using Standard Setups/Presets

ACP Offset specifies the frequency offset from the carrier center frequency for your ACP Adjacent Channel Power: The power from a modulated communications channel that leaks into an adjacent channel. This leakage is usually specified as a ratio to the power in the main channel, but is sometimes an absolute power. PvT demodulation analysis measurement filter. The default is the offset of the first adjacent channel for the channel bandwidth selected.

ACP Offset specifies the adjacent channel offset frequency. The offset frequency is used to determines the upper and lower adjacent channel center frequency (Fc).

Upper adjacent channel Fc = Reference channel Fc + Offset frequency

Lower adjacent channel Fc = Reference channel Fc - Offset frequency

The adjacent channels for ACP PvT tests are configured by specifying an ACP Offset and then a bandwidth around the offset center frequency.

ACP Offset and ACP Bandwidth only change the default Adjacent Channel offset and bandwidth settings. The measurement hardware's actual center frequency is not changed.
