This help system documents the FlexDCA application that powers the N1000A DCA-X, 86100D DCA-X, N109x and N107x-series DCA-M modules, and N1010A FlexDCA software on a PC. FlexDCA includes the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for these products, which is documented in this help, and the remote control SCPI interface which is documented in the FlexDCA Programmer's Guide help.

The following picture illustrates the FlexDCA ecosystem where a wide variety of connections and setups are possible. From a PC, DCA-X instruments can be connected via LAN or USB. DCA-M instruments must be connected using USB. FlexDCA can also control specific Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG) or an Infiniium UXR oscilloscope. FlexDCA even includes a collection of simulated modules.
