You can save active channel inputs, active math functions, and data previously saved to a file to the following types of memory:

Types of memories:

  • Waveform
  • Color Grade-Gray Scale (Eye Mode waveforms)
  • Jitter Data memory (not available in FlexRT)
  • JSA memory (not available in FlexRT)
  • S-Parameter memory (not available in FlexRT)

Memories and FlexDCA running in FlexRT

Memories are cleared whenever FlexDCA is placed in FlexRT. To view a FlexDCA waveform while in FlexRT, you must first save the waveform to a file:

  1. Save the waveform in FlexDCA. Click File > Save and select the appropriate dialog tab. For example, Waveform or Color-Grade/Gray Scale.
  2. Close the dialog.
  3. Connect FlexDCA to the UXR-series oscilloscope to start FlexDCA running in FlexRT.
  4. Open the appropriate memory dialog. Click the File menu command and select the memory.
  5. In the memory dialog, click Browse to load the saved memory file into memory.
