FAQ: What is the minimum sample interval for data logging when using the 14585A software?

The minimum sample period is 102.4 microseconds. The average value is calculated at 5.12 microseconds and the min/max at 20 microseconds.

However, the underlying samples are every 5.12 microseconds and averaged down to one data set every 102.4 microseconds; so that for every 102.4 microseconds you get 20 data samples that are averaged.
