Enabling the HTTP Interface

Enabling the HTTP Interface for Mobile Terminated SMS

  1. Press the Call Setup key to go the Call Setup screen.
  2. Go to menu ( 2 of 3 ) of the Call Control menu by pressing the More key on the lower left corner of the test set.
  3. Select Short Message Service by pressing the softkey F5 .
  4. Select HTTP Setup ( F3 ). The SMS HTTP Setup menu appears.
  5. Select HTTP SMS Input State . The Input State menu appears.
  6. Select On .

Enabling the HTTP Interface for Mobile Originated SMS

  1. Press the Call Setup key to go the Call Setup screen.
  2. Go to menu ( 2 of 2 ) of the Call Control menu by pressing the More key on the lower left corner of the test set.
  3. Select Short Message Service by pressing the softkey F5 .
  4. Select HTTP Setup ( F3 ). The SMS HTTP Setup menu appears.
  5. Select HTTP SMS Output State . The Output State menu appears.
  6. Select On .
