EGPRS TA

This command sets/queries the amplitude droop calculate state for EGPRS modulation accuracy measurements.

When set to ON, amplitude droop is determined (as an estimated parameter) and removed from the signal in the measurement of RMS EVM and other parameters. This is the method of EVM measurement defined in GSM release 1999. The amplitude droop measurement results are made available, even though amplitude droop is not currently specified.

When set to OFF, amplitude droop is neither determined (as an estimated parameter) nor removed from the signal in the measurement of RMS EVM and other parameters. NaN is returned for all amplitude droop measurement results.

EGPRS TA

This command sets/queries the IQ imbalance calculate state for EGPRS modulation accuracy measurements.

When set to OFF, IQ amplitude and phase imbalances are neither determined (as estimated parameters) nor removed from the signal in the measurement of RMS EVM and other parameters. This is the method of EVM measurement defined by the standards. NaN is returned for all IQ Imbalance measurement results.

When set to ON, IQ amplitude and phase imbalances are determined (as estimated parameters) and removed from the signal in the measurement of RMS EVM and other parameters. IQ Imbalance measurement results are made available. This feature provides you with a way to perform IQ modulator tuning.
