BPSK (Digital Demod)

BPSK (Binary Phase-Shift Keying) is the simplest form of PSK Phase Shift Keying: A broad classification of modulation techniques where the information to be transmitted is contained in the phase of the carrier wave. where there are two phase states that are separated by 180 deg.

This modulation is the most robust PSK modulation since it takes serious distortion to make the demoulator reach an incorrect decision. However, BPSK is only able to send 1 bit/symbol and so is unsuitable for high data-rate applications when bandwidth is limited.
