LTE Demod Properties Dialog Box

Menu Path: MeasSetup > LTE Demod Properties

The LTE Demod Properties dialog box contains parameters that let you configure the VSA to demodulate LTELong Term Evolution signals.

The LTE Demod Properties dialog box contains tab headings that group similar configuration parameters as follows:

• Format Tab: Lets you access basic demod configuration parameters such as sync type, Cell ID, CP1) Contention period, or 2) Cyclic prefix length, and number of antennas.

• Profile Tab: Lets you choose which channels are shown on traces and used in calculations, such as EVMError vector magnitude (EVM): A quality metric in digital communication systems. See the EVM metric in the Error Summary Table topic in each demodulator for more information on how EVM is calculated for that modulation format. or Power, as well as specify user channel allocations and control channel parameters.

• Time tab: Lets you specify what part of the signal to analyze.

• Advanced tab: Lets you specify signal adjustment and correction parameters.

• Decode tab: Lets you specify RNTIRadio Network Temporary Identifier ranges and set decoding level for PBCHPhysical Broadcast Channel, PCFICHPhysical Control Format Indicator Channel, PDCCHPhysical Downlink Control Channel, PDSCHPhysical Downlink Shared Channel, PUSCHPhysical Uplink Shared Channel, and PUCCHPhysical Uplink Control Channel.

• 5G Candidate: Lets you configure demodulation parameters for 5G candidate signals over LTE.
