Open loop adjust is the nominal power to be used by the access terminal in the open loop power estimate (see Expected Power ).

Open loop adjust is sent in the Access Parameters message (see TAP/ETAP/MCTAP Data Connection Call Flow ).
Open loop adjust can be changed at any time and will be sent out in the next overhead message.
